The Cougar 400 is the largest size JB shear which is usually mounted to 20-22 tonne excavators for professional forestry jobs.

It features a new and improved heavy duty cylinder with an increased bore diameter, HB500 grade bolt on blade and a bolt on headstock.
Side brackets are available as an optional extra, allowing the shear to be flipped 90 degrees for horizontal branch delimbing.
